Masks

You are examining something with a magnifying glass. What are you examining? What is the setting?

On the thing you are examining, you notice a tiny hole with light coming through it. The closer you look, the more it draws you in, until you are pulled all the way into it.

On the other side you find yourself in a place filled with masks.

Spot the mask you want to wear. Reach for it. When you touch it, a current of energy flows through you, causing you to be frozen in place.

Someone or something approaches and places a different mask on you. How do you respond to this?

That person or whatever they are then takes you by the hand and leads you away. As you walk, you pass by someone hiding among the masks. They make eye contact with you. They are also holding up some kind of card for you to see. What signals pass between you in this brief moment?

You are led into a festive chamber filled with people. The person or being leading you whispers something to you before merging into your shadow. How is your shadow transformed by this?

The people in the chamber take notice of you. They approach you and lays their hands on your mask. What happens?

These people gather around you a teleport you away to some other location. In this other location before you is a windmill. Approach the windmill and enter it through a door.

Inside is some kind of studio or workshop. What is made here? The person who does their work here takes whatever is being made and makes it a part of you. How is this done? What does it imply?

Afterwards walk up to a balcony higher up in the windmill with that person. Look out over the landscape. What happens next?

Tunnel

You are walking on a mountain carrying a bundle of driftwood.

You approach the entrance to a tunnel into the mountain and enter. Continue down the tunnel,
walking deeper into it.

In the tunnel you pass by some statues.

Once you are very deep inside the tunnel you encounter a post office. Enter the post office and make a call on a telephone you find there.

Still carrying the driftwood, you continue through the tunnel until you reach the exit, where there are some people hanging around. What are they doing?

After exiting the tunnel explore the environment on the other side. Choose a spot for a campsite.

Make a tent out of the driftwood and set it on fire. When this fire burns the driftwood, the driftwood remains uncharred, unchanged. When you get inside the tent to lay down and go to sleep, the fire spreads onto you but does not burn you.

Fall into a deep sleep wrapped in this fire. What are your dreams?

When you awaken you discover the tent has become living wood with dense foliage. How do you feel when you wake up?

Leave the tent and find a supply pack on the ground. What does it contain? What do you do next?

The Gamma Chamber

1 You and a friend approach a chain-link fence in an impoverished urban area, overgrown with dry grass. The two of you have come to speak to a group of small apelike humanoids covered in hair, a supernatural race called the Aziza. You walk up in front of the fence and sit down, addressing the Aziza on the other side. Being in their presence is like slipping out of reality and into a kind of lucid dream, or rather, viewing the same reality through a different lens. Describe the Aziza and the vibration they radiate.

2 You and your friend have come to consult these beings on the topic of swift change in the structure of human society. They have sensed that our collective consciousness has made a choice: we are concluding our millennia long exploration of suffering and disconnection. Having made this journey through fear and guilt and unraveled its mysteries, we are ready to swiftly snap the structure of our society into alignment. The next step in our transformation will be externally tangible; more than just an unseen shift. But there is some final stone that must be rolled away, one that has confounded us in a way we have yet to understand. You and your friend seek advice on a course of action. The Aziza transmit their response. In the distance beyond the fence they can see children playing. Bits of garbage tumble by in the breeze.

3 Several days later, you are walking down a street in an old part of town when you suddenly receive an invitation to enter one of the buildings you are passing. What is the invitation? What does the outside of the building look like? Before entering the building, at the door you must imagine a chamber where all persons that have a key role in a conflict or scenario can come together and heal their way through the situation, choosing a path that all will benefit from. What would such a chamber contain? How would it work?

4 Enter the building which is a wide open space, similar to what you just imagined. See how it actually looks on the inside versus how you envisioned it. The chamber is filled with many round tables, each with a large crystal in the center. There also appears to be some kind of empty diving pool.

5 You are alone in the chamber except for a reptilian being that presides over the chamber. Ask what you have to do to bring the others here. They say that all you have to do is give the intention from a state of wanting a conclusion that all will benefit from and they will come. Ask why and receive an answer.

6 Soon others begin to arrive. Who are they? What is the issue they are coming to resolve? Each one tells how they found this place. They give their reasons for wanting to come, even though they are all in conflict with each other.

7 The reptilian guides the session that follows. You each paint symbols of your own making on the faces of the others. You are using a kind of metallic paint that has a very specific effect on people. What is the effect of the paint? What is its purpose in this context? What symbols do you paint? What symbols do others paint? Everyone paints everyone. You must patiently submit yourself as they paint your face.

8 For the second task, the reptilian makes parts of you become transparent so that you can reach inside each other to receive what is meant for you. As you put your transparent arm into them, you can carefully hold their organs in your hands. But you also detect other mysterious objects. Sift through these contents and detect what is yours by the amount of resistance you feel. What do you pull out of each of them? Likewise, humbly allow them to probe inside you and remove what is theirs.

9 Now you are ready to discuss the situation at one of the round tables. Each person places their hands on the table on a conductive strip that carries their imbued essence to a crystal in the center of the table. The crystal burns in an ethereal flame as a result. Now a mirror appears in an empty seat at the table; whoever is reflected in the mirror also places their hand on the table and adds their intentions to the crystal. Those seated at the table ask the flame questions, knowing that the answers will not be given to them, but instead will be transmitted to others. By presenting questions to the flame, they can gift someone else they have never met before with the knowledge of the answer, someone who will benefit greatly from it. What questions are asked? Describe the flame.

10 Now everyone at the table goes over to the empty dive pool. The empty pool below is filled with people who will catch you when you fall. Describe the people at the bottom and why they are here. All of you at the top of the pool dive in unison. Describe this fall and what it is like to be caught. Once at the bottom these people put a blindfold on each of you before leading you out of the chamber through a secret passage. When they remove the blind fold, where are you?

Motionless Currents

1   Begin in a barren ghost town in some form of post-apocalyptic setting at nighttime. A group of survivors are gathered around a bonfire. This is a burial pyre where they are destroying the body of a dead demon. Describe this scene. What is the story behind it?

2 As the fire dies down, two people wander off from the scene and witness what appears to be a comet streak through the sky like a meteor, leaving a trail of luminous dust. This object disappears below the tree tops of the forest that spreads out in the distance. Who are these two people? Witnessing this sight, they make a wish. What do they wish for?

3 They go into the woods looking for the location of the object that fell. What they find is a miniature comet sitting neatly on the ground. It has holes in it that open into various passages and chambers that are big enough to crawl around inside if you are stooped down. Inside this place they discover an assortment of small motionless candle people; wax figures with wicks sticking out of them. Describe this exploration.

4 They discover a way of communicating with these wax figures. How is this achieved? The wax figures make an offer: if you let us freeze the part of you that allows you to experience human connection, we will bestow a gift to your people that will ensure their survival and relieve their suffering. By the end of the discussion that follows, one of the two people agrees and undergoes the freezing.  How were they persuaded to do this? What is the experience of freezing like? Why did they have to have their ability to experience connection shut down?

5 The gift is the candle people themselves. Returning, they bring the candle people back with them.  Still night back at the ghost town, the other survivors are wakened and there is a gathering of people in an inner room. The candles are lit, illuminating the room with their glow. Those gathered experience a sense of deep cognitive loosening and flowing; their minds are beginning to thaw. What does this lead to? What does the one who was frozen experience?

6 The next morning the entire group of survivors returns to the site of the comet with others and finds that it is melting; a stream of water flows down from it and away through the woods. A wild horse is drinking from the stream. How does it respond to the presence of your people? Its spirit is broken by the trauma of what it has lived through. It bears the weight of the world, but when it stands it in the water and drinks, all the fear and accumulated densities flow out of it and downstream like a dark inky substance.

7 Cautiously, your people follow in suit. Placing their hands and faces in the water, they witness negative emotions and beliefs begin to diffuse out of them into the water. Describe this experience. The one who was frozen submerges their face in the water, causing something to flow out of them but they feel nothing. What flows out of them? How do they interpret this? How are the others responding to the new condition of this person?

8 In the weeks that follow, along the path where the stream from the comet flowed the landscape is transformed into an expansive lush garden.  Many different kinds of plants and animals appear here. But beyond the garden the world is still barren and suffering. However, no others have yet discovered it as far as these survivors know of.  Describe this environment. How do the survivors adapt to it? What has become of the wax people at this point? What is their role in the story now? Or do they even exist still?

9
The frozen person begins to seek a way to restore their ability to experience connection. What could they do? Is there more to their condition than they currently understand? What might the consequences of restoring themselves be? Gathering seeds from the garden they set out on a journey into the wasteland to spread the seeds. Their hope is that they can begin to heal the world, and maybe in the process discover a way to restore themselves.  What seeds do they take? In addition to the seeds, they are accompanied by one of the candle people (if you earlier you said the candle people are gone, find a way to introduce a new one into the story). What effect do you think this journey actually have on them and on the world?

10 On the day that they plant the first seed, they encounter a stranger who makes camp with them that night. Who are they? What is discussed between them, the frozen person, and the candle person? During that conversation the candle person is lit which causes mental energy to flow freely. What is the result of this?

Optic Weights

1 You are in a large open space somewhere in a library. In the middle of this open space are several very dense heavy objects which you are practicing moving with your mind. Describe the setting and your experience of moving the objects with your mind. Create a detailed movement frame by frame as they move. Try to get a concept of the amount of mental energy it might take to actually move these objects.
Perhaps there are others here with you making it a team effort.

2 Imagine striking these objects with enough force to dent or crush them. Strengthen your sense of imagined physical durability so the act of simply visualizing striking the objects doesn’t evoke a hesitation or fear of breaking your hand. Get to the point where you can basically shadow box imagined dense objects, such as boulders or blocks of iron without any sense of resistance. You can visualize a change in coloration on the surface of the object as it heats up hotter and hotter where your blows fall, going from an ashy gray to an orange glow.

3 Now switch to what is basically the reverse of that. Imagine having your body struck with a hard iron bar. Even in your imagination experience a sickening recoil. Reconstruct your conceptualization of this experience so you can feel indestructible, completely unaffected by these attacks. You experience no hesitation or queasiness about imagining getting hit with that much force. To reinforce this idea, you can recast your body image so you see yourself as being made of metal or stone. Play with this idea and manipulate it as you see fit.

4 Begin to wind down this exercise. Start to breathe deeply and become relaxed. Lay down on a mat in the middle of the dense objects and allow yourself to drift into a state of deep meditation and relaxation.

5 As you relax, the dense objects begin to slowly rise off the ground and into the air.  As the objects rise, your body begins to sink into the floor, as if sinking into a liquid. Remain calm and collected as the liquid rises over your chest, and then over your throat, mouth, and nose, until you are completely submerged. Give no consideration to what the outcome of this might be.

6 When you sink below the floor, you simultaneously leave behind on the surface a shadow form of your body which gets up and examines the now floating objects. Describe this shadow form. What is its capacity for movement? Are you comfortable in this form?

7 As you probe the floating objects, discover small holes in them that allow you to peer inside. See that the interior is actually completely hollow. They appear to be made of some kind of lightweight foil material. Their appearance of density was just an illusion. Not only that, there are birds inside them. The birds have access to a various control panels which they use to move the objects, as well as alter their appearance. Upon realizing that they have been discovered, they are clearly amused. They put on a show for you and change the form of the objects. What do they change into?

8 The birds make a request. They want you to do something with a jar of coins which is what one of the objects has now transformed into. Describe the jar and the coins. What do they look like? How valuable are they? What might you be able to exchange them for?

9 What do they ask you to do with the coins? How willing are you to go along with this?
After you do or refuse to do what the birds tell you, the objects sink back down to the floor and become still again. Do they retain their new form or change back or change to something else?

10 As your shadow self, you lay back down on the floor in the same spot as your body returns to the surface. How do you reunite with your body? Is it effortless or is there something you have to do?

11 Your next task is to overlay negative thoughts and outdated beliefs onto the objects. This means that you will hold the image of the object in your mind while fusing them with the feeling of a negative perspective that is ready to be transformed. For each object overlay a different negative emotion you want to work. Once this is achieved, knead the objects like clay, working out all traces of their original forms until they are just blobs of raw material. Now mold and shape them into a new forms that are pleasing to you. If you want you can use your mind to telekinetically aid the shaping of them.
