Assimilating the elemental, the essence of the natural world, into your vibration, is one of the most important things you can do to stabilize turbulence & imbalance in your personal energy. A useful way to assess your current level of immersion in natural energies is to look at the level of biodiversity in your dreams. How much natural presence is there? How often do you dream of animals? Do you dream more of the suburbs or the forest? What you dream of indicates what is on the way to manifestation, so based on this, we can set the intention to dream about thriving natural ecosystems, and a rich diversity of plants and animals. If we can achieve a higher level of dream biodiversity, we can anchor that preferred version of a restored Earth all the more.
Imagine the days when you will wake up and remember having just dreamed about herds of buffalo or elephants, or dreamed about the giant redwoods, or the deep expanse of the rainforest, thriving reefs, and even cities that have been remade to harbor more green. The day you wake up and remember that dream, is the day you know you are finally starting to get on track.
The elemental energy is assimilated by strengthening your empathic bonds to any form of natural consciousness, be it stones, plants, animals, elementals, stars and other celestial bodies, and the heart of the Earth itself. Learn to hear their voices and receive their messages. Enter into telepathic dialogue with them, regardless of where you are. You do not have to be physically among the whales in the ocean, or the trees in the forest, or the elephants or the buffalo beneath the sky, in order to interface with them. Your empathic connections are non physical and thus transcend spacetime. That being said, as you are laying in bed, drifting off to sleep, project out to them in this way, wherever they are, in whatever slice of reality. Imagine that you lay hands on them. Feel their physicalized currents, knowing them first on a purely sensory level, then after the sensory stage, start to open up the telepathic channel, and just listen, learning their unique voices. After that, you can begin a dialogue. You may even invite them to appear in your dreams as collaborators in manifesting environmental stability. Let this dialogue be the rhythm that lulls you to sleep.
> If dreams indicate what we are in the process of manifesting, then the level of biodiversity in our dreams reveals if we are moving toward environmental stability. By giving special attention to increasing the biodiversity or our dreams, we can accelerate the process of healing the Earth, as well as our own scars. <

(4) remember and reimagine your dreams
What you dream about represents the emerging tides in the subtle mirror of your consciousness. This part of you revels in what is behind the skies of your reality. It represents what is on its way to being, at least in terms of encoded tonality. They are abstract, symbolic forecasts for what is trying to become, and so allow you to gauge the trajectory of your arrow as it sears the dark. Your dreams are your peek into the kitchen to see what's cooking, which is why it's absolutely critical that you learn to remember your dreams.
Give yourself time after you wake up to remember as many segments or episodes of your dream as you can. Scan for those gems of surreal promise. Acknowledge all the good that happened: the people that were present, the faces of friends and would be friends, and the beautiful and beautifully haunting places. Remember and savor the good parts, drinking once again of that cup of experience to reinforce it. By simply revisiting those dream memories, you are coaxing that ethereal sprout closer to the surface of manifestation. Not just once after waking, but several times throughout the day, project yourself back into those momentums to keep their fire alive. The more you focus your attention into exploring what is good in your dreams, the more fuel you are giving that flicker to be cultivated.
Likewise, recall all that was bad or distasteful in your dreams; ranging from the outright nightmarish to that which was simply less than what you wanted. Scan for the red flags, and when you find them, reimagine them. Literally reshape them into whatever you prefer, while still retaining some of the original elements. Changing up certain features allows you to target that energy signature as it exists in your deep mind, and shift it just slightly enough for it to give up its ghost. Because dreams embody the currents of what you are currently becoming, try making a list of what you want to become in your waking, and set the intention to dream about those behaviors. Place a candle at the altar of the night. Pray to the soul of your sleep, and imagine how that nonsensical dream you are asking for might unfold. Then, when you wake up and realize that you didn't dream about it, go back and reimagine last night's dream to include more of the things you wanted to dream about; the things on your manifestation list. Once you start having the dreams you intend to have, be sure to reinforce them by remembering, revisiting, reimagining, revealing, and rehealing them multiple times. You may even find it helps to keep a lock, on which is written your list of things to manifest, and make note each time you successfully dream of that subject, therefore tracking your progress.
> Learn to remember your dreams so as to become familiar with what is active in your subconscious. Then also learn to reimagine your dreams, reshaping and altering certain aspects to more directly reflect your preference. In doing so you send a direct signal to that aspect of your subconscious narrative, informing it to shift. <
(3) Realizing Connection
You are seated at a round table made of jade. There with you, also seated around the table, are your subconscious collaborators. When your thoughts drifts away from the boundaries of your sphere, and wander out like a lost leaf, searching for the perfect oblivion, they are the ones who find your invisible pages, and gather them without your knowing. Some human, some elemental, some angelic; all beyond the borders of your acceptance. They are the ones who were meant to receive what you have to offer, codependent in this ecosystem of veils, they are the friends you will never know, unless you open the red gates of your heart.
You know what you want to share with the world. You have already realized your message. How many times have you slipped silently through that veil, and gazed fearlessly upon the wonder and beauty of the next thing? But the curse of the oracle forbids you to speak the answer to those who are even now desperate to be told, but refuse to receive. Every vision that rises on your breath freezes into a throat of marble. And of you wait for the sunrise when this bold statue will let go of its weight, cracking open to release its light.
Why these endless blocks to sharing? It is too sensitive, and it never ends. You are still trying to grasp it yourself, because what you thought you knew turns inside out when placed on the table of the external world. It is still in the realm of the liminal, like a dream you understood perfectly while you were in it. But because it exists on a higher frequency, it falls apart when you bring it to this world. And even then, you are just you. You have no stage from which to project your voice, and no audience to hear you. At the bottom of the chain; a simple civilian with an invisible vision. Nobody knows you, except your council of subconscious collaborators.
At this point you can fully embrace the fact that your message still resides in the higher frequencies, the dream realm, the realm of the imaginal. Remember that even though you are not having the kind of interaction you seek in physical reality, you can still connect and share through the silver thread, issuing forth gold dust from your heart's crown, to fill lanterns floating on the waves of the collective dream frequency. There are many unexplored ways to connect, and many conduits of connection that are already open, but are not still in your awareness. They are occurring via dreams, imaginal spores, and your own healing presence that is not bound by space and time, and can therefore reach through any barriers to connection you may face. For the people and forms of consciousness that you interface with are in fact part of the broader expanse of your own collective. To an extent, they exist within you, which is how you are able to connect by expanding inward through the conduit of the imagination. You are empowered to experience the exchanges you need to, even in total isolation. Yet expanding your relationships into the world of spirit requires sobriety, stillness, and emotional clarity. To discover your connectedness, you must first make peace with the
silence.
> Because of your nature as a spiritual being, you are always able to subtly connect with other beings and spirits, even if you are not in their direct vicinity. In fact, such telepathic exchanges are constantly occurring beneath our awareness. So, we can become more aware of the energy communication that is already happening, and cultivate this understanding to our collective advantage<

(2) Gathering Places
Sunspots know many methods for synchronizing with other individuals for empathic exchanges. If you ever get the chance to speak with one, ask them how to overcome blocks to communication. Here is some advice a sunspot once gave:
First, stop and remember locations you have recently dreamed about. Recall them vividly and in as much detail as possible, while also filling in the gaps and vague areas with your own imagination. You are remembering, reassembling them, but giving yourself creative liberty to reinforce the images in any way you see fit, so that they become more solid, more tangible, more real. Move around within these locations and view them from a wide variety of visual angles; not just the angles you perceived them from when you were dreaming. Stand at different points and do a full 360 degree rotation, looking up and down and all around. Explore and go beyond the areas where the events of your dream took place, and imagine the further parts, reinforcing them likewise.
With this done, you can then imagine the people you are wanting to connect are with you in these locations. Let them freely enter the space. What do they do? What people and things do they interact with? Imagine a conversation between you and them. What thoughts do they share? What liminal currents and hidden operas are revealed? You have, in a sense, imported them into your dreams. You have synchronized your knowing of them to what is already unfolding in the depths of your mind. When reaching out to make empathic contact with someone, you may have summoned various aspects of their person, such as remembering their face and eyes, the sound of their voice, the music of their wings, or focusing on certain symbolic reflections of their true nature. It is important to also choose a stage for these kind of simulated interactions to take flight within.
This method can be also applied to environments that you've cooked up straight from your imagination, or places from works of fiction that made an impression on you. However, you may find that using your dreams as stages for simulated exchanges establishes a more personal and potent root to your subconscious; the reflective cauldron where the next thing is always simmering. Recent dreams are particularly ripe to revisit because they represent your most up to date, currently in the weaving state of being. But you may know some very intriguing locations from older dreams, so make these deep pulls as well, and play with the haunted embers they still keep glowing. Lastly, this method can be used to connect with entire groups of people; you can be facilitator for great gatherings, where healing is forged with precise intention, and many voices echo within the folds of an intimate paradox.

(1) Imagine Them First
Know, and reconceive, the river, where all your sparks of brilliance flow down a stream of silver smoke. Your ideas, once unbound from physicality, can be communicated not just through words and voice, but can also be seeded merely by presence, when your aurora is resonating the sphere of another, when your silences flow together, in the subtle entanglement of conscious currents.
Think about who would receive what you have to share. Reach down into the water and grasp their hand. Imagine them into being. If you want to establish a subtle link to another individual, or to a group mind or collective network, you must first learn their signature tonality. Visualize their surroundings; the people and microcosms of daily life they encounter repeatedly. Hear the sounds of their world. Feel the rhythm of their programmed habits. Be still and just create within your knowing, the rise and fall of their breath, the expanse and descent, the vast landscape behind their vision, the dreamsong of their heartbeat. Let the associations flood the ancient vessel. Listening is the prerequisite to communication. If you have not first listened, you are not tuned to their frequency, and the signal cannot broadcast.
This flickering likeness of them that you create in your imagination will become the bridge that links you; the red messenger, an avatar of the summer shade. Once you have established this sort of sync, you can begin to explore the actual sending of ideas. Imagine them doing the specific action you are suggesting. Imagine them assimilating the new perspective, peering through the vibrant lens that awakens: what learning process would they go through? How would they apply your unique perspective to their own unique circumstances? Simulate how they might communicate these ideas to others in their life. Visualize the energy field around them and sense it becoming brighter, or shifting another way in response to what they are encountering in your expression, and how that brightness would then be transferred on to the next person. Follow the path of the flame as it is spread from one candle to the next. Stand among those holding vigil in the forest at night.
