Choose one or several of
the following and meditate on that topic for at least one minute every day at
the specified time for 30 days. You can do it alone or with others and share
your thoughts and experiences that result.
One o clock: Mind Fragment Birds. Imagine taking a fragment of your
consciousness and turning it into a bird. Set it free allowing it to direct itself
autonomously and go where it pleases. What places does it explore? What does it
do? Does it join up with a flock? What is its apparent purpose? As you revisit
this you can reconnect with birds you previously sent out.
Two o clock: Wish Granter. Imagine a being or creature that truly
possesses the power to grant any wish or make anything happen. What qualities
would be required to exist in this kind of state? Additionally, run a scenario in
which you could have any wish granted by this being. What do you wish for and
how would it actually play out?
Three o clock: Secrets. Think about secrets. What things are being
kept hidden by those you encounter today?
Four o clock: Unexpected Extension. Think about what you would do
if your life expectancy was extended by 50 years.
Five o clock: Council of Twelve. Imagine you are standing in a
circle with twelve people. Who are they and what brings you together?
Six o clock: Dream a Small Dream. Make a small wish; something
inconsequential that can easily come true.
Seven o clock: Skipping Stones. Make a choice that you think could
have a ripple effect. Imagine the chain reactions that could result from that
action.
Eight o clock: Receptivity Exercise. Conceptualize waves of cosmic
energy reaching the planet from deep space in a continuous unbroken frequency.
Think about how you can adjust your activities and behaviors for this day to
be receptors of this this energy. Adjust
down to the smallest things that constitute your presence in this world.
Nine o clock: Story Frames. Imagine “freezing” moments or segments
of your day in a way that will allow you too revisit them. Each scene is like a still
frame; a picture in a gallery that you can browse. Choose which ones are the most
interesting based on how much you might like to revisit them.
Ten o clock: Invisible Guests. Imagine that for one minute you are
host to invisible guests. What would you do to be receptive and hospitable to these
ghosts in this moment? How would you attend to their needs and interests? What do
they ask of you?
Eleven o clock: Empires of the mind. Think about the kinds of civilizations
that people envision, the kind that technically could exist if people agreed
and decided to make it, but only exist it imagination
Twelve o clock: Imagine world peace.
1 A place you forgot to
go. A direction you intended your life to take you but didn’t play out. Something
you will have to revisit because there was too much desire and energetic support
behind it for it to not become something. There is too much energy there and
that energy must turn into something.
2 Take responsibility
for your creative power and the consequences it has for yourself and other
people.
3 Getting in touch with
the aspect of your existence that is omnipresent. You exist in places that you
are not currently aware of, and these parts of you can lend their support to
your current situation.
4 The goals and life agreements
that are that are deeper, truer representations of what you wish to accomplish/experience
in this lifetime but have settled for less.
5 Reassessing. Changing
course. Choosing a new direction.
6 Self compassion
towards your ability to navigate life.
7 Forgiveness. Opening new
doors.
8 Relationship to the
deliverance of the earth.
9 Awakening the
storyteller.
10 Willingness to
collaborate with the humble, the weak, and the small.
11 A version of you
that is wise, makes the right choices, and is not susceptible to illusions.
12 The compassion you
imagine others want to show.
